Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out the course of SI-DOI innovation made by Disdukcapil Kota Palangka Raya and to know and describe the efforts made in using this innovation. Method: This research uses a descriptive qualitative method so that the analysis can be in-depth by understanding the problem where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation techniques with data analysis techniques that use data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and conclusion drawing. Result: The findings obtained by the author in this study are that the SI-DOI innovation in Palangka Raya City provides convenience to the community, especially people whose homes are far from the Palangka Raya City Disdukcapil office. Conclusion: SI-DOI innovation in Palangka Raya City based on the innovation dimension provides convenience to the community even though there are still several inhibiting factors such as the quality of human resources, network/signal availability, and also the quality of socialization. The efforts made by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palangka Raya City to continue to improve these services are by improving services from websites to applications, collaborating with sub-districts related to networks, and continuing to provide understanding and direction to the community in population administration services.
